The Randstad Graduate Program has been in operation for over 10 years and many of our graduates that completed this program now hold senior management positions.
Are you highly motivated, self-sufficient and commercially minded? Are you adaptable and flexible and a first-class communicator? Do you have drive, ambition and the desire to thrive in a fast moving and constantly evolving environment? If you answered yes, yes and yes, then we want to hear from you!
Our graduate program starts with a two week induction program. You will meet our management team, have role-specific training, attend a development centre and most importantly, connect with your fellow graduates. The program is specifically targeted at people who want to be a recruitment consultant. Seven months of the program will be spent in offices in your home state/region, with the remaining two months spent in other areas of Australia or New Zealand.
Our graduates are supported throughout their journey by dedicated mentors. By the end of the year, all graduates transition into a permanent position as a consultant.
