In September 2009, the Clipper Stad Amsterdam embarked on a very special 10-month journey in celebration of the 200th anniversary of Charles Darwin’s birth — commissioned to re-trace Darwin’s journey on the Beagle for his best-known work, ‘On the Origin of Species’. As a worldwide leader in recruitment & HR services, Randstad was proud to present the unique Clipper Stad Amsterdam to Australia for an event series throughout February & March.
