“The New Zealand Racing Board engaged Randstad to recruit a significant number of temporary employees to assist us in coping with an expected increased workload in our call centres. This increase was expected as a result of the Melbourne Cup and led into our peak season over Christmas.
 
Randstad effectively and quickly tested and recruited the number of employees required and we found that there were no issues with the quality of employees engaged. All candidates undertook the required training and were successful in meeting our standards. Randstad did an excellent job in getting the right candidates.
 
Randstad also showed a very flexible approach in dealing with was a moving target. Our needs were very fluid and Randstad coped with this well and in good humour. We also found the management and coordination of the project excellent and they maintained good levels of communications with our contact in the Racing Board.”
