"I attended interviews with various agencies when I first moved to Christchurch but it was only at the interview with  Randstad that I felt I had been viewed as an individual. Andy cares about his clients and is genuinely  interested in their progress. An example; a small thing, but it means a lot when you are looking for work – if I ever needed to call him he would always offer to call me back. It’s such a small gesture but it is this sort of excellent customer care that makes all the difference. He’s a lovely person and when I’m looking for work again I know who I’ll call first!"
