Air Liquide are a world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health. They have a presence in 80 countries with approximately 68,000 employees and serve more than 3 million customers and patients. They are currently seeking an Account Manager to join their growing Christchurch sales team.

In this role, you will be working with a mixture of food manufacturing, and engineering customers. This could involve:

  • Prospecting for new business opportunities within your specified markets
  • Meeting with customers to ascertain their requirements
  • Preparing pricing and proposal documents
  • Managing client relationships according to Air Liquide process and protocol
  • Working with independent distributors to ensure seamless service for your customers
  • Ensuring up to date record keeping and reporting as required

This role will involve utilising both your proven account management, and new business development skills. There is a strong focus on selling and developing new markets so you will not be afraid to cold call on potential prospects. You will thrive in a busy, challenging environment, and enjoy working to clear targets and objectives.
