job description

Work for an organisation that prides itself on providing their clients with innovative solutions. As a customer success agent, you will be responsible for engaging with customers and supporting them to deliver their business outcomes through the use of technology.

You will be facilitating the processing of customer orders, sales, and the installation of technology, whilst also responding to customer queries via phone and email. You will have the opportunity to join an organisation that is building a new team in Christchurch.

Key responsibilities:
