Working in a close-knit cozy office environment, you will of course, be responsible for the admin and accounts side of the business, however, there will also be an opportunity to expand your experience in other aspects, with some IT support and desktop publishing.

About the role:

On the accounting side, you will be required to process monthly invoices, rebates and the analysis of data, while also managing MYOB input, monthly accounts payable, PAYE, assisting with end-of-year accounts and general communications.

IT duties will include tidying and maintaining product file in POS Perfect 2, running reports and exporting data to AC Nielsen. Desktop publishing tasks include the creation of newspaper and poster advertising, so a creative mind would be a good asset.
