Heritage Lifecare Group is a nationwide Aged Care Provider with facilities across New Zealand catering for all stages of aged care needs. We are growing significantly and are looking for a Financial Administrator to join our team. We have seen some significant growth this year and are set to see even bigger growth in 2018/ 2019.

This role is crucial to the operation of the finance team and wider business. The primary focus of the role is to look after / master the Accounts Receivable Function.

This position sits within the Wellington based (Johnsonville) Finance Team. This Team has a really friendly, cohesive atmosphere and approach to work.

Key attributes / qualities for any candidate applying:

  • Experience and track record within AR

  • Experience using a well known FMIS (SAP / Oracle / Chris 21 etc)

  • Experience working within an accounts team within Aged Care is an advantage

  • An ability to pick up new systems quickly

  • An ability to work cohesively in a team

  • Open to change

The role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Processing AR invoices / raising invoices in a timely manour

  • Following up, answering AR queries

  • Providing back up support to the credit team when needed

  • Bank reconciliations

  • You will report to the Finance Manager

  • Have the ability to think of process improvements / time savers

This role / business is based in the midst of Johnsonville village, and requires the successful candidate to work standard hours, five days per week. Ability to work in NZ permanently is required in order to achieve an interview.
