    We have an opportunity for someone to support this Crown Entity with contracting and compliance processes. We would like to hear from you if you’ve recently completed study within the legal field or have contracts administration experience.

    The Role

    This permanent full time role will see you being responsible for:

    • Processing online applications
    • Drafting and checking contracts
    • Tracking contract milestones
    • Identifying system improvements
    • Deliver high quality support to the Minister, Board & Senior Leadership team
    • Assist with Ombudsman investigations

    We’d like to hear from you if you:

    • Have contract administration experience or have recently completed study within the legal field
    • Have impeccable communication & decision making skills.
    • Are good at building relationships
    • Have research skills to analyse, write and create reports
