Are you looking for a temporary role located in auckland CBD which starts on Monday 29th July for a large corporate organisation for 3 months with the likelihood to extend?

This is an opportunity for an entry level candidate or somebody who comes with frontline and customer service experience.

Duties of the role include:

  • Helping with couriers
  • Assisting with scanning/ printing/ faxing
  • Ad hoc admin support as required

I am looking for:

  • An intermediate MS office suite user
  • Positive attitude- happy to get stuck in wherever needed
  • A well presented individual (this is a corporate environment)
  • A Reasonable level of competence with computer systems (for setting up skype/ VC)
  • Availability between 9.30am-6pm

Interviews for this role will be held early next week and you must be available to start on the 29th July.
