Are you looking for a frontline role within a well known global consultancy? The organisation I am working with is looking for a lead receptionist/ administrator.

If you are looking for a step up from a frontline role and an opportunity to work for a well known organisation then this newly created role may be the role for you.

Duties of the role include:

  • Management of junior receptionist (ensuring the receptionist is engaged)
  • Accounts payable
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Organising of couriers
  • General administrative support


You will be:

  • Well presented (you will be based on reception)
  • Somebody who uses their initiative
  • Mature in your attitude
  • An intermediate MS office suite user
