The Role:

  • SAP Order processing
  • Accurate and efficient handling of data
  • Working to tight deadlines
  • Supporting the customer service team with taking inbound calls
  • Includes expediting and coordinating timely shipments with stakeholders
  • Monitoring orders to ensure appropriate communication is extended to all parties.

What you need to be successful:

  • Experience using the SAP system for order processing is a must!
  • A customer service background is ideal
  • Experience or studies within the medical sector would be an advantage
  • Superior written and verbal communication
  • Be tech-savvy with strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Motivated to see a task completed

An exciting temporary opportunity has recently become available with an excellent organization who is forefronting the orthopedic medical device industry. This role is based in Auckland CBD and needs someone to join their team ASAP.

This role is working alongside the customer service team and is responsible for processing the backlog of orders within SAP. The environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is determined to see a task completed end to end at top quality.
