Are you looking for a new work opportunity and have experience in Office Administration?

My client is looking to expand their business and needs an office administrator with proven experience who is able to handle a fast paced, exciting environment. The role would involve primarily offering administrative support to the sales team as well as doubling as a PA to the General Manager.

Responsibilities of the role would include;

- Finance Administration and ensuring data is correctly entered into company spread sheet

- Ensuring compliance issues are entered correctly

- Accounts payable administration

- Creating and completing marketing materiel

- Managing and ensuring accuracy around company database

- Heath & Safety Administration

The ideal Candidate will have;

- Previously experience in office administration

- Good customer service skills

- An intermediate level understanding of Microsoft Office

- A great personality!

The role is going to be a Temporary Fixed Term contract in the interterm but will change to a permanent contract as the business grows.
