This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of New Zealand’s leading healthcare organisation’s. We are looking for exceptional After Hours Co-ordinators who are passionate about making a difference.

Joining the After Hours team, you will play a significant part enabling the wider organisation to deliver excellent, locally-based clinical and disability care to people in the community. You place the customer at the centre of everything that you do; exceeding their expectations and ensuring that they are delighted with the service they receive.

What you will be doing?

  • Handling both inbound and outbound calls, and coordinating cover for unplanned relief requirements.
  • Providing a first-call resolution help-desk service for clients and potential clients, family and Whanau, Support Workers, duty managers, funders, and other stakeholders.
  • Actively managing short-term roster changes and vacancies to ensure the customer’s needs are met, and service plan requirements are fulfilled in a timely and responsive manner.
  • The hours required will involve weekends, public holidays, as well as am/pm work outside of normal business hours on weekdays.

About you:

  • Previous experience working in a contact centre environment
  • Exceptional communication and rapport building skills
  • Confident in using technology and being computer literate
  • An innovative approach when finding solutions
  • Excellent judgment and decision making skills
  • Actively supporting and encouraging team members
