job description

We seek the talent and skill of a highly experienced Agile Coach or Scrum Master to join the team with our client, a highly regarded software vendor.

Leading three functional SCRUM teams consisting of approximately 20 technology staff, this is a key strategic role within a larger financial services project.

Experience of and ability to scale agile product development across several teams spread across multiple geos is a key success factor. A track record of successful leadership of multiple software teams is therefore highly desirable.

Skills and experience sought include:

  • Ability to coach other less experienced scrum masters
  • Familiar with data driven planning and forecasting approaches
  • Able to advocate for and support DevOps practices
  • Improved collaboration and increased automation
  • Have certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or
  • Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing software vendor, based in a lifestle location. In exchange for your skills and experience, a comprehensive salary package is offered, and a new role with an organisation that is enabling massive digital transformation.
