job description

The Agile Coach is a key role within the Agile Practice and wider the organisation, supporting the strategic direction for the organisation and growing the in-house Agile capability as they move along the journey to be a continuous learning and delivery workplace. The Agile Coach will embody, truly live and breathe both the Agile and Lean principles. They will lead by example, encouraging experimentation, learning and supporting continuous improvement through innovation.

You will coach and mentor developing Agile Coaches within the practice to build the internal agile capability within the organisation, as well as organise and deliver learning and support the Agile community events such as Communities of Practice, Knowledge Clinics, and other learning opportunities. This role is a new permanent position within a newly established team, so you will need to demonstrate leadership skills and an ability to help coach and develop others. responsibilities

Minimum of 7 years working as an Agile Coach and 7+ years working in an Agile environment.
Experience supporting senior leaders, Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and other coaches to change mindsets and behaviours to align with the agile ways of working.
Demonstrated experience being the ‘go to’ coach for others within the organisation, helping shape the agile journey.
