Are you seeking a new team lead opportunity? Working within a vibrant and innovative not for profit organisation who has employee wellbeing at the forefront of everything they do.

Reporting to the finance manager you will lead the accounts payable and accounts receivable team. Joining an energetic and sociable team of hard working professionals you will be involved in the month to month processes as well as various upcoming projects.

About the role:

  • Leading a team of 4 AP and AR officers
  • Managing the integrity of the General Ledger
  • Working towards month and year end deadlines for reporting and compliance
  • Ensure AP and AR functions are running effectively, supporting the team where needed
  • Implement process improvements and changes where necessary

About you:

  • Previous experience leading a team
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with Navision would be advantageous
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
