The Company

Our client is going through a positive period of significant transformation. They are recognised as an essential NZ Government Agency that provides important services to all New Zealanders. They have a passion for providing a quality service and can regularly see the impact they have on people’s day to day lives.

The Team

To support this they are in the process of re-designing and implementing how I.T operates and delivers quality products to the organisation and participating agencies across the sector.

They are a team focused in using technology to automate business processes and making the organisation more efficient in order to provide a better quality service to their customers. The team is lead by an Agile evangelist and is highly proficient at working to these methodologies.

The Role

To support delivery of this work, they are looking to bring in a talented developer to build process centric solutions in a team that has blended IT and business together. Develop a career that takes your software development expertise and combines is with Business Process Management Disciplines to create workflow automation.

Experience

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Proven experience with software development
  • Experience within Business Process Management Disciplines (process designing, task management and workflow automation).
  • Digital attitude (i.e. adaptable to change, influential, problem solver and naturally inquisitive)
  • Experience preparing unit test cases
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Experience systems development supporting regional case management
  • Experience with implementing SOA, ESB and API based solutions
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
