About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for;
  • Providing technical support to internal staff across a range of platforms, at varying levels (1 - 3).
  • Delivering high-quality customer service and application support as part of day-to-day operations
  • Managing tickets and user requests, troubleshooting as required.
  • Driving initiatives
  • Communicating feedback internally and externally.
  • Escalating and investigating issues as required.
About You

We are looking for individuals that;
  • operate with a customer-centric approach
  • are passionate about applications and technical support
  • have a minimum of 2 years experience within a large enterprise environment or government agency
  • hold a tertiary degree in IT and understanding of (or qualification in) ITIL
  • are strong team players but also present potential leadership qualities.
