job description

We are looking for an Assistant Customer Manager to join a global FMCG business.

You will be assisting the Customer Manager with the day to day running of the Food and Beverage portfolio.This will involve all elements of the business processes including but not limited to forecasting. promotional planning, business reporting and field communications.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivery of Turnover, Customer Profitability
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders
  • Work with the Customer Manager to prepare for customer meetings
  • Support the Custoemr Manager in the ARM process, implementing GAP filling initiatives with the Category Team, and attending meetings with the Demand Planner
  • Weekly review of in-store promotional activity and pricing

We are looking for people with:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • 2+ years of business experience
  • Previous experience in FMCG
  • One to two roles in Customer Marketing/ Trade Category Management/ Account Management/ Field Sales
  • Energy, positive mindset, ''can-do'' attitude
