About the role

Our Wellington office is growing and expanding! Due to continued growth we are currently seeking driven sales candidates who would like to start their career in recruitment!

Our Project Services, Marketing & Communications division is looking an associate recruitment consultant to join their team.

  • Managing, nurturing and developing existing client relationships
  • Understanding client's business operations and solving their recruitment needs
  • Developing new business with prospective clients and building positive, productive and long-term corporate relationships
  • Selecting and matching candidates for appropriate positions, arranging interviews and fully briefing candidates on the company and role
  • Taking responsibility for candidate care and keeping in regular contact with our candidates
  • Achieving revenue targets and meeting individual and team KPIs in a fast moving and competitive sales environment


What we are looking for in you

Our ideal candidate has sales experience and is driven to grow their career in recruitment. Building relationships comes natural to you and you love to smash your sales targets. You have excellent communication skills and are people focused. You love to be hands-on and thrive on providing the best possible service to our clients. Above all, you demonstrate to be resilient and driven to succeed! Recruitment experience is highly regarded but not necessary.
