We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join the Ben & Jerry's team and manage 3 different stores. In this role, you will be responsible for shop retail operations, planning, equipment maintenance, marketing and financial reporting of the locations based in Auckland & Wellington. You will be working for an organisation with a reputation for excellence, a diverse workforce and a focus on the ongoing development of their staff.

About you:

  • 2+ years in people management and leadership
  • Experience in-store management
  • You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to think outside the box and solve complex issues
  • You want to work with great people
  • You are self-motivated
  • Must be located in Auckland and have the flexibility to travel
