Randstad Project Services is currently seeking a permanent Benefits and Change lead for a public sector organisation, looking to lift their maturity and focus in this area.

This role requires an excellent relationship builder, who can build trust and rapport with senior stakeholders within the organisation to effectively support enterprise level investment planning, in particular, ensuring a benefits viewpoint is across this process, and investments are align with strategic goals of the organisation. You will be a champion of effective Benefits Realisation & Change Management and support the portfolios to improve the adoption and use of these.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong focus on relationship management and have the ability to gain trust through evidence based recommendations. You will a firm believer in fit fr purpose, adjusting your approach based on the maturity levels of the portfolios you are working across and going along the journey with the organisation to improve and develop in these areas. You will pride your self on your ability to listen, analyse and problem solve based on both quantitative and qualitative feedback, and have a hunger to learn and develop in this space yourself. You will be an excellent team player, who recognises the strength in a joint approach and have a natural preference to work together to achieve common goals. Preferably, you will have a successful track record of developing, planning and implementing change and benefits initiatives.
