Working in an agile environment, you will demonstrate your initiative by analyzing, identifying, and communicating the customer process and information requirements of a solution. Your insights and analysis will contribute to the end to end digital experience for both customers and colleagues alike, allowing you to see tangible results from your passion and dedication to stakeholder engagement.
About you: Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience working as a business analyst (within the insurance industry is a bonus!)
Knowledge and experience in AEM and/or other content management systems
Proven abilities in strategy analysis, requirements lifecycle management, and elicitation and collaboration
Excellent communication skills
Business process and requirement documentation skills
