Randstad Project Services is currently seeking a Business Analyst for an exciting, permanent opportunity with public sector organisation, renowned for developing its people and providing interesting and varied project work. This is a very business focused BA role and will require alot of skakeholder management skills and interactions with people.


ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role includes activities including research and analysis, business process modelling, requirements elicitation and documentation as well as supporting the hand over back to the business through procedural documentation. The types of projects you will potentially be working on, range from transformation to supporting RFP processes to pre project activities such as business cases, options analysis and feasibility studies.

  • Wanting to stive to build a lasting rapport with stakeholders and have an engaging personality that puts people at ease.
  • Experience or understanding of an Agile environment will also aid your application.
