The Organisation:

Located on the outskirts of the CBD, this organisation holds a strong presence within NZ. They are experts with big data enabling businesses to understand their customers and how to deliver the best results to them.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for the following;

  • Prospect new clients through networking, cold calling, or other means
  • Effectibely manage the pipeline by implementing tools, and processes
  • Grow and retain existing clients, and identify opportunities with current accounts
  • Develop proposals and pitches as needed
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop client onboardings

You, the ideal employee:

  • 5 years experience in a Business Development Manager role
  • Passionate, high energy, and open minded
  • Strong understanding of the sales process
  • Communicate at all levels of the business
  • Ability to hunt for business, and reach the decision maker
  • Experience within data/analytics or agency would be preferred
  • NZ Citizen or Perm Resident
