Due to continued success, we’re are looking to on board a BDM who will be responsible for leading client engagement and driving sales within the Wellington region to deliver exceptional outcomes for all stakeholders. This role requires someone with a great attitude towards sales and someone who is driven to exceed their targets.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Selling in the managed services and infrastructure space.
  • Working in partnership with aligned Account Managers to grow ICT revenues in a portfolio of customers across the Wellington region.
  • Developing, executing and maintaining a sales plan that achieves ICT acquisition and growth targets.
  • Developing a wide network of business owner level customer relationship at all levels.
  • Maintain quality coverage of all portfolio customers on a quarterly basis, primarily by facilitating face to face meetings.
  • Use sales tools and CRM systems to identify, qualify, progress and track ICT sales opportunities.
  • Be well informed about current ICT industry trends, competition and industry issues. Be able to articulate and demonstrate relevance and benefits of digital technology adoption.
  • Maintaining a sales pipeline and forecast, activity plans and sales plans as required.
  • Delivering fantastic client outcomes.


What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience and track record of winning new ICT business.
  • Proven experience in the managed services and infrastructure space.
  • Proactive and outgoing attitude – sales target orientated and driven
  • Passion for technology and digital products
  • Strong and clear communication skills
  • To be self-motivated and have the ability to motivate others
