As a Business Process Analyst, you will provide policy and process improvement advice, working alongside the business process coordinator to manage the business process portal.

    Key Responsibilities/Duties:
    • Provide policy and process improvement advice
    • Develop collateral in line with the structured delivery model
    • Provide quality assurance for content developed

    Skills/Attributes:

    • CBAP or CCBA certified professional is essential
    • Lean, Six Sigma certification is preferred
    • Proven policy, business rules, and process development experience
    • Possess a strong achievement/delivery focus
    • Sound understanding of Tikanga and Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles
