About the Role

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative within a leading insurance company with offices located in Addington. This role is full time - 37.5 hours per week and these could fall at any time between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday, or Saturday and Sunday 9am - 6pm.

You will be working within a supportive team in the Insurance industry so exposure to this environment will be a bonus.


This role is perfect for candidates that always put the customer first - you will be managing end to end claims processes so we are looking for committed candidates who strive for perfection. You must have true passion for customer service!

  • Contact centre or customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Fast learner
  • Tech savvy
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Pay high attention to detail
  • Worked in a fast paced call centre environment
  • Available to commence employment on 21st January
