    Contact centre workers answer enquiries and provide or organise help for those who contact them. They may also deal with customer complaints, or sell goods or services. There is a lot of support and training to ensure you’re set up for success in this role.

    The role:

    • Resolve customer enquiries and complaints
    • Provide information, advice or appointments to people who contact an organisation
    • Forward enquiries to relevant departments
    • Follow up enquiries by sending information
    • Ring customers to promote products or services
    • Conduct surveys
    • Provide feedback about customer experiences to managers.

    To be successful in role:

    • Clear verbal communication is a must
    • Excellent speaking and listening skills
    • Excellent writing skills, to respond to enquiries through email, web chat, or letters
    • Good computer and data-entry skills
    • Knowledge of the organisation's products or services

    The details:

    • Hours of role:
      8 hours between 8 am and 9pm. 5 consecutive days between Monday - Sunday, 2 consecutive days off
    • 4 week training
    • Based in Mt Albert
    • Parking, paid onsite
    • Rotating roster
