We are currently seeking experienced Customer Care Representatives across Auckland to work on a temporary basis within a supportive team environment.

What your day could look like?
Answering inbound / outbound calls
Communicating products and services
Assisting customers with queries
Logging calls and emails
Resolving customer queries and issues
What are we looking for?
We are looking for experienced representatives with a passion for customer service and helping others. The successful candidate will have great communication skills, knowledge of computer systems, typing and data entry skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and be self motivated and trustworthy.
You will need to have
Previous call centre experience
Strong communication, both written and verbal
Good typing skills with accuracy and speed
The ability to pick up new skills / softwares quickly
Organised manner and ability to prioritise
Great people skills, including a positive attitude and empathetic nature
