Are you a customer service professional seeking a new permanent opportunity? Are you interested in joing a fast paced, dynamic environment?

About the role

  • Monday to Friday 1.30pm to 10pm
  • Inbound customer enquiries
  • Resolving customer account and fee queries
  • Permanent role
  • February start
  • $45,000 to $47,000 per year

About you

  • Previous contact centre experience
  • Happy to work 1.30pm to 10pm Monday to Friday
  • A NZ citizen or permanent resident
  • Ability to start in February
  • Previous financial experience would be advantageuos but not essential
