    Looking to develop your customer service skills in the finance sector? Open to continuous development and training? Work for a leading financial institution? Want to work from home once trained? We are looking for a number of outstanding customer service professionals for a temporary on-going role with a Global Bank to start immediately!

    • Fast paced customer service environment
    • Once trained (3 weeks minimum) this will be a work from home role
    • No weekend work
    • We are looking for Wellington based candidates for this role (6pm - 10pm Mon to Fri)

    The Company

    Our client are a key player in the global financial services market and are looking for highly skilled customer service representatives to join their team now. This organisation are going through a busy period and looking for extra support on the phones!

    The Role

    You will be handling various inquiries from our Australian based customers - everything from balance inquiries, complaint resolution, general branch inquiries & processing specific applications. This position is varied - no two days are the same but you will be able to build rapport with our key customers and ensure that they receive the best customer experience.

    About you

    We are looking for complete commitment to our customers and for candidates who can maximize the customer experience.
