We have an excellent opportunity available within a childcare centre based in Flat Bush for an experienced Centre Manager looking for a new opportunity or an Assistant Manager looking for the next step in your career. You will inspire a team and make a difference to children's lives.
We are looking for someone with previous experience as an ECE leader with excellent people skills who can support and motivate a team of ECE teachers.
You will be supporting a strong and established team who provide a nurturing and enjoyable learning environment for the children within the centre.

We are currently looking for an inspirational individual who is forward-thinking, innovative, and focused on creating an environment of learning, growth and people development to lead the childcare education centre. This pivotal position will require someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, diplomacy and cultural competence. Your collaborative inclusive leadership style will inspire the team to support your fresh approach, have input and get behind the vision for the centre.
The Successful Candidate
You are currently a people leader with sound emotional intelligence who can build a team culture that incorporates the companies values. Ideally your leadership experience is gained from the education sector and you bring knowledge of early childhood practice.
- Ideally 2–5 years' centre manager experience
- Strong business acumen with evidence of growth strategy and financial management
- Qualification in early childhood education
- Relevant postgraduate qualification is also preferred with clean criminal record and NZ residency.
