Are you a confident customer service professional? Do you have exposure or an interest in financial services and insurance?

We are now taking applications for the role of Claims Officer within a leading New Zealand insurance company.

The Role

As a full time claims officer you would be resposible for;

  • the full customer experience, building and maintaining relationships, liaising and understanding their needs
  • looking after end to end insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and efficient, timely responses

The Person

The ideal person for this role must have;

  • customer service experience with excellent communication skills
  • a passion for helping people
  • process driven and success orientated mentality
  • strong time management and multitasking ability


The successful applicant would be joining a collaborative, diverse, team environment, where regardless of your temporary contract, you will be put through personal and professional learning and development from the offset.

Start date for this placement is the 6th May on a preliminary 2 month contract, with possibility of extension beyond this.
