Client Delivery Manager

  • Auckland CBD location
  • Permanent opportunity
  • Experience within a Supply Chain or Demand Planning backround required!!!

I am currently recruiting a Client Service Delivery Manager who will play a pivotal role in the long-term success within an innovative and creative company that is going from strength to strength!

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step up into a leadership role and has the skills and hands-on experience to lead customers and a business through this journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the development and project management teams to ensure the smooth on boarding of clients
  • Pro-actively contribute to the development of our product
  • Develop training and operating manual materials
  • Provide product training
  • Monitor and ensure the effectiveness of the product use by our clients
  • Be a demand planning SME
  • Support product testing with involvement in the test requirements and scripts

Skills and experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or 5 years’ experience in a relevant supply chain or demand planning position
  • Excellent communicator – written and verbal
  • Release planning and implementation, backlog management experience
  • Fact based decision making
  • Organizational skills
  • Collaborative, team player
  • Innovative problem solver
