As this key Ministry continues to evolve the importance of strong financial policies and procedures is crucial. Establishing this information to be utilised within the business as well as leading the compliance process is a big part of the role.

You will also lead the change process for any new policies and procedures and workshop / present these across the wider business. This role will suit someone that has strong external / internal audit background or currently in a compliance role. You will need to be able to cope with the demands of the business, implementing new process as well as coaching and training staff.
