We need you?

We need you to bring your energy and a desire to succeed in one of the most exciting environments you can imagine. You will be an ambassador for our client, so a passion for technology and providing the best customer service is key to being successful in this role. You will provide user end support for all technical issues to customers in Asia Pacific. Our advisors are responsible for logging accurate calls with in-house interface ensuring you deliver excellent customer service on every call and meeting individual key performance indicators and targets along with promoting warranty support.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate;

  • Professional communication skills and excellent command of English – comprehension, active, listening, composition and verbally articulate
  • Can talk on the phone and type, proficiently, concurrently
  • Previous customer care experience
  • Feel comfortable learning technical concepts and explaining to end users in basic terms
  • Advanced problem solving skills
  • Computer literacy and comfortable with range of systems i.e. CRM, MS Office
  • Knowledge or experience of various technologies advantageous
  • Passion for technology
  • Highly motivated and driven to achieve performance outcomes
  • Confident, ability to question, influence and persuade
  • Resilient and tenacious when faced with customer challenges
  • Comfortable working in a repetitive task role
  • Strong team orientation
  • A high level of resilience, composure and good health and wellbeing

This role is based at the Concentrix Delivery Centre in Central Wellington and the start date is Monday 4th June.

You must be a New Zealand Citizen or hold NZ Residency to be considered for this role.
