The role

The Contact Centre Manager will be responsible for upto 7 Team Leaders and 75 agents - this is within a sales environment. You will report into the Head of Sales and focus on the overall performance of the sales team. You will ensure the team maximises results whilst still delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that the customer interactions are inline with the companies overall vision.

  • Strong management experience
  • Sales focused and demonstrated success in a sales management role
  • Problem solver
  • Outstanding communicator
  • Understanding of workforce planning and management
  • Contact centre management experience
