job description

The Organisation

Our client are a leading brand with a key focus on Customer Service and Service Delivery. They have a wide customer base and always go the extra mile, providing technical, general and sales support to internal and external stakeholders.

The Role

They are on the lookout for an experienced trainer to join the team who will be responsible for the ongoing development of a team of CSR's. You will work alongside the Contact Centre management team and service team to identify training opportunities and a strategy to improve the customer experience. On top of this you will be responsible for Quality Assurance - completing reports, coaching and supporting team members.
