This Contracts Admin position, reports to the Contracts Manager. A few of your responsibilities include;

  • End to end coordination of the project
  • Juggling a few projects at any one time
  • Responsibility for the correct supply and installation of products
  • Reporting on progress of the projects you are working on
  • Accurately pricing variations and communicating the variance
  • Ensuring Health & safety is complied with
  • Dealing with a range of stakeholders from professionals and sub-contractors

The most successful candidate in this role will be someone who is;

  • Confident, not afraid of a challenge and use your initiative
  • Proven experience multi tasking
  • Collaborative and a people person
  • Accurate and attentive to detail
  • Driven, ambitious and always willing to learn
