The new digital services and communications centre is set to revolutionise the way the New Zealand public contact Police in non-emergency settings. You can be a part of this journey.

We are helping the NZ Police to find people to work as communicators in the new site. The role will see you operating at the front line of Police’s phones, emails and other streams of contact. Our communicators play a key role in helping to provide fantastic customer service to the New Zealand Public and keeping Police officers on the streets safe and well informed.

This is a dynamic role and you’ll be managing calls from all over New Zealand from a variety of callers with a number of issues. You will be provided with training to know who to respond to each situation. This may involve directing calls from the public to different areas of Police, assisting with general enquiries to responding to calls that require an immediate response. Your passion to provide great customer service will see you excel in this role
