Are you driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer support to both internal and external clients and are keen to work in a vibrant, changing and family orientated environment?

Reporting onto the contact centre Team Leader and based in Albany; this organisation is a leader in software licensing compliance in New Zealand and globally. We are looking for ambitious, professional, hardworking and energetic individuals to join this rapidly growing team, where you will be responsible for servicing USA clients.

To be successful in this role; you will have the following:

  • 12 months plus proven inbound/outbound and email experience
  • Be able to commit to a 3 -6 month temp contract
  • Immediate start
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be a strong team player
  • Enjoy a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively and efficiently
  • High level of initiative and enthusiasm
  • Be able to build rapport with both internal and external customers
  • Ability to problem solve and think outside of the square
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • NZ Citizen or Resident/Open Work Visa or Working Holiday Visa

Hours of work Tuesday to Saturday 5am – 1.30pm
