As a Customer Care Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to successfully onboard customers to our next-gen Android solutions while delivering excellent customer service and support. You'll handle various tasks, including customer contact via phone and email, data processing, and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Process data into our bespoke system to trigger project workflows.
- Initiate and respond to customer contact via email, phone, or SMS.
- Provide phone-based support for customer installations and manage hardware returns.
- Complete tasks such as courier tracing, redirections, and other administrative duties.
- Collaborate effectively to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Take ownership of your work, ensuring successful task completion.
- Learn from mistakes and grow with trust and confidence.
- Be a positive and supportive co-worker.
