Are you looking for your next customer service opportunity to further your experience in a professional environment?

We are seeking a passionate customer service administrator to join a local government organization in their Customer Contact group. This temporary full-time position will involve you supporting members of the public, responding to various lines of inquiry, primarily over email, as well as, occasionally answering inbound calls.

About you:
We are looking for someone that;

  • is a strong team player, that thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • has full unrestricted work rights in New Zealand
  • is customer-focused with experience corresponding with customers via email / strong written communication.
  • is comfortable dealing with customers over the phone too if required.
  • is available immediately until the end of July.
About the role:
  • Monday to Friday, business hours
  • $23ph + 8% holiday pay
  • Lower Hutt location
  • ASAP start
