Are you passionate about customer service and have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal?

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for providing contact centre services on behalf of multiple business units. You will be required to provide assistance, advice, education and information to clients. In addition you will provide practical solutions to problems as well as providing customers with clear and concise information about how the law relates to their situation. Over a period of time you can be expected to be trained to deal with a wide range of additional inquiries and legislation.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • Contact Center experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service
  • The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of clients both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Technologically savvy
