This is a great opportunity if you're technically savvy, to further these technical skills with in depth, ongoing training and support and kick start your career.The Role This Permanent, Full Time Service Desk role is based in Porirua and the nature of their work and the people they support means they operate on 24/7 roster. These 8 - 10 hour shifts rotate between the Day, Evening and Night shift patterns across the course of a month, offering added incentives for on call, whilst also allowing your body the time to settle into these shift routines. The special nature of this team is evident from these hours, so we are looking for individuals that are flexible and excited by the opportunity to support the community in this unique environment. In this role, your responsibilities will include;Providing exceptional internal and external customer service via phone and emailMonitoring and driving timely response to customers Level 1 & 2 technical support across all business unitsLogging and maintaining incidents and requests using internal ticketing systemEscalating requests to senior level as requiredFollowing up on service requests & taking ownership of incidentsAbout YouWe are looking for individuals that are driven by outcomes and problem solving; that thrive in a customer service/people orientated environment and are looking to develop their skill set.
