job description

We are looking for an experienced customer service representative who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You will have a track record of working within a fast paced in-bound calling environment, have order processing experience, and have a customer first approach. Account management and service desk experience will be advantageous to your application.

The role:

  • Supporting the technical support team.
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Process orders from beginning to end
  • Provide training over the phone and email
  • Make sales calls and identify growth opportunities

Experience:

  • A good technical support understanding (Hardware and software)
  • Customer service experience (at least 2 years call centre experience)
  • Strong time management working with urgency
  • Strong administrative and computer competencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be a keen problem solver
  • Collaboration with other teams, working in a highly organised way
