Exciting opportunities are available for permanent part time Inbound/Outbound Call Centre Representatives

Based in the CBD fringe; our clients are a market leader in their field and are looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join this rapidly growing call centre team, where you will be responsible for servicing clients from across New Zealand.

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following:

  • 12 months plus proven inbound/outbound/sales/telesales experience
  • Experience within a high volume call centre
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be a strong team player
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail/order processing
  • Excellent grammar and spelling
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively and efficiently
  • High level of initiative and enthusiasm
  • Be able to build rapport with both internal and external customers
  • Ability to problem solve and think outside of the square
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
