We have an excellent opportunity for an outstanding customer service representative who always puts the customer first. This great role is within an international financial institution in the heart of the Wellington CBD. These are temporary positions with the potential to go permanent.

The ability to deliver professional and quality service within the call centre and banking back office operations team is essential. Efficiency is key to success in this role as this particular company is very customer centric and goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy with the service given.

The ideal candidate will:

  • be able to respond to phone enquiries from both customers and branch staff for lending and retail deposits.
  • process administrative duties related to each query and requests.
  • have excellent correspondence and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • be able to think on your feet as this is a fast paced environment.
  • positive attitude with a passion for supporting your team mates.
  • have banking/financial experience.
  • love getting involved with team activities including delicious shared lunches!!

You will be approachable yet professional, patient and maintain a high level of accuracy and pay high attention to detail.

This is a full time role with shifts between 8-6pm - Monday - Friday.
